The 2019 Ford Edge has entered the second generation and has just been fully refreshed. The carmaker has added the all-new Edge ST, the high-performance version which has replaced the previous Sport trim level. This time, it is only available with two types of engines among which the inline-4 unit is now found in all the other versions while the ST is powered by s strong V-6 engine. And the 3.5-liter V-6 which was available for the mid-range models is no longer offered. So, the new model year, the 2020 Ford Edge will be a carryover.
The 2020 version won’t get any significant upgrades since it has been revised for 2019. Besides the changes in the engine department, the new Edge has also added more standard safety features and has arrived for the first time with the Ford Co-Pilot360. Furthermore, the new ST model looks sportier than the standard version and has some unique details such as a darker grille, larger wheels and exhaust outlets, and so on. The interior is also improved with more quality materials which give it more luxurious look and provide more comfort.
