2019 Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander Sport: PHEV, Price, Specs

The second engine is a 2.4-liter inline-4 which will power SE and SEL models. This powertrain is able to generate 168 horses and 167 pound-feet of torque. It comes with CVT only and a choice between front-wheel and all-wheel drive variants. The FWD model manages 23/28 mpg. The all-wheel drive model is rated at 22 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway.

Visually, the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander features a simple and clean design which we find attractive. The front end wears more chrome details which give it more luxurious appearance. The profile is sleek and on the rear end, we could notice the badge framed in chrome and a lower bumper with a horizontal bar.

On the other hand, the Outlander Sport features a redesigned front fascia with slightly revised grille, lower air intakes which make it look wider and new LED running lights. As well, there are new front and rear bumpers.
